Make Sure Your Vote Gets Counted. Vote in Person This Year
Donald Trump will do anything to retain control of Congress this year. He already has a plan to attack mail-in ballots after the election in November. He already has your personal information because Ohio Secretary of State, Frank LaRose sent our voter database to him. He controls the US postal service, which has shown a willingness to obstruct the delivery of ballots in time to be counted.
Don’t hand him the tools to overthrow our elections.
This year, vote in person. If you typically vote by mail, please consider voting in person, either at the Geauga Board of Elections prior to election day, or on election day.
Starting on October 6th, you can vote in person at the Geauga County Board of Elections. There are plenty of open hours on weekdays and weekends, so make a plan, bring a friend or family member and celebrate the sacred right to choose who represents us in the Statehouse, Governor’s mansion, and in DC.

Tuesday, November 3 Election Day. Vote at Your Polling Location!
If you or a family member typically vote by mail due to physical limitations, please consider curbside voting this year. Curbside voting, in which a bipartisan team of poll workers brings your ballot to your car, is available at the Geauga County Board of Elections during early voting hours and at every polling location in the county. Simply look for the Handicap parking spaces or designated curbside voting parking spaces outside the polling location and wait for the poll workers to assist you.
If you absolutely must vote by mail, please return your ballot directly to the dropbox located outside the Geauga County Board of Elections, 12611 Ravenwood Dr., Chardon, OH 44024.
If you must return your ballot via the postal service, please fill out your ballot as soon as you receive it and put it in the mail as soon as possible.
