SB1 radically alters how Ohio’s public colleges and universities are allowed to operate AND what they’re allowed to teach. It is a censorship bill because it limits classroom discussions about undefined “controversial beliefs or policies” which could be interpreted to mean anything the State doesn’t agree with.

This is the first step in bringing this to a school near you. The next step is buried in the budget bill currently in the Ohio Senate.

But it is not too late to do something about it!

Sign the petition at the Geauga Democrats Headquarters to get a referendum on the November ballot :
