The Geauga County Democratic Party is proud to welcome Chris Gibbs, Chair of the Shelby County, Ohio Democratic Party as featured speaker. Mr. Gibbs, a farmer and former Chair of the Shelby County Republican Party, joined the Democratic party after becoming disillusioned with the policies of the GOP during the Trump years. His work to highlight the shared values of Americans of all political persuasions, especially in rural communities, has become a blueprint for his fellow Democrats in Ohio and around the country.
