January should be a time to reflect and chill after the holidays. With world events and the rapidly approaching elections, that may seem impossible.

Our speaker will be Dr Dennis Schmidt, who studied at the Universities of Salzburg and Vienna. He taught at Eastern Virginia Medical School before coming to Northeast Ohio and recently retired from The Cleveland Clinic. Dennis teaches a meditation class at Taproot Yoga.
