About the event
We’ll be donating to Project Hope (a local shelter). One of the Friday Protestors volunteers there. She is making breakfast baskets to give people as they leave the shelter for the day at 7 a.m. on May 18. We will be collecting small juice bottles/boxes, shelf stable food items including individual servings of breakfast cereals, fruit/applesauce cups, breakfast bars, granola bars, napkins.
The Mentor police have asked us to please stay three feet away from the curb on Mentor Ave. We are permitted to protest on both sides of Mentor Ave., but we are not permitted to jaywalk. Please remind each other of these rules.
