Come on over to Eleanor Garfield Park in Mentor every Friday from 10-11:30am. Join us for a weekly rally to protect democracy.
We will stand along Mentor Avenue with signs and flags. We will peacefully show that we object to the insidious cuts to vital federal programs and employees, the abduction of immigrants, and the racist policies conducted by the Trump administration.
District 14 members will have the opportunity to fill out comment sheets for Congressman Dave Joyce.
Bring signs, friends, and family. Bring family-friendly signs.
Each week we will donate food to a local food bank. Please bring canned protein, whole grains, pasta, cereal, peanut butter and jam, and toilet paper, paper towels, and tissues. Please check the expiration dates on food, and please do not bring expired items. Legally, food pantries cannot accept expired food.
